The Pope has been hard at work politically in Israel since his rise to power. A UN oversight of the religious issues in Jerusalem has been discussed before. It won't come to pass until God's timing is set...the idea that the Pope is or will be the Antichrist or "false prophet" beast of Revelation 13 has also been around for many years.
